When I go out and observe people and events, I'm constantly logging an evolving mental description of them, their environments, influences and movements. Capturing all of the above with a camera serves a great purpose in conveying what I notice; however, there comes a moment when it becomes necessary to juxtapose those images with words. In searching for the best way to do that, I landed on the notion of posting a series of brief visual and verbal portrayals of those who have caught my eye. So, without further adieu, good people, I will now begin to provide you with these such character sketches. Remember, when I say "without further adieu," I mean "in about an hour." I need more coffee first.
